A A Three Days Training program on “Leading the change in the Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous world (VUCA)” was organised at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sirmaur (Himachal Pradesh) on from 13th – 15th December, 2023. A total of 17 participants from the member metros participated in this programme and appreciated the initiative. The contents of the programme included assessment and Competency Mapping; Leadership Development; Global Trends and Landscape of Labour Codes in India; Latest Labor Codes and Social Security Regulations; Organization Change and Human Resources; Influencing and Leading Change, Office Management; Communication, and Correspondence; Time and Task Management; Record Keeping; Event Planning; Budgeting and Expense Management; Facilities Management; Customer Service etc.
