A Three Days Management Development Program on “Managerial Mindset: Strategies for Effective Leading and Decision Making” was organised with Indian Institute of Management, Jammu at Srinagar (J&K) from 3rd – 5th April, 2024. A total of 20 participants from the member metros participated in this programme and appreciated the initiative. The contents of the programme included Leader and leadership styles for current times, Organizational Capabilities: Nature and ways to build them, Strategic formulation: Techniques to formulate effective strategies, Strategic Evaluation and Control, Strategic Models and How to Design Effective Strategic Models, Data Strategy: Data-driven decision making, Heuristics and human biases in decision-making, Building and managing organizational teams, Managing conflict in teams, Network analysis, Organizational Structure and Design, Human Resource and Organizational Development.
