The prestigious ‘15^th Hero BML Munjal Awards - 2020’ was bestowed upon the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for Business Excellence through Learning and Development on 29th January, 2021. Dr. Mangu Singh, Managing Director/DMRC was handed over the award trophy and citation at the DMRC headquarters at Metro Bhawan by the BML Munjal Awards organizing committee preceded by a virtual award ceremony attended by thousands of people across the globe. Named after the Hero Group founder Dr. Brij Mohan Lall Munjal, the annual BML Munjal awards have feted and recognized 50 winners over the past 15 years. These awards recognize innovations in skill and development and recognize organizations that effectively harness employee talent through training and learning to gain competitive advantage. The Delhi Metro has trained and developed over 15,000 employees with a strong focus on safety, punctuality and reliability resulting into a hassle-free commuting experience.
